Heart & Seoul Cafe

Overview

One of the first things you'll notice when you step inside is the friendly, laid-back atmosphere. The cafe is spacious but maintains an intimate feel, with rustic wooden tables and plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of traditional Korean design that give a nod to the cafe’s unique fusion concept. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend hours sipping on coffee or indulging in a delicious meal with friends.

For something a bit more substantial, you might want to try their signature Korean BBQ burger. Imagine a juicy, perfectly grilled patty topped with bulgogi (marinated beef), sautéed onions, and a sweet and savory gochujang sauce. The flavors are bold and satisfyingly savory, with just the right amount of heat. Another standout dish is the bibimbap, a classic Korean rice dish served with sautéed vegetables, a fried egg, and your choice of protein - whether you prefer chicken, beef, or tofu. It’s a filling and flavorful option that pairs well with a side of kimchi or pickled vegetables.

If you're planning to visit with a group, be sure to try their family-style platters, which allow you to sample a bit of everything. The cafe is also a great spot for brunch, where you can enjoy a leisurely meal with friends or family. The casual, welcoming vibe makes it an ideal spot for any occasion, whether you're just grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a long, relaxing meal.

The cafe also caters to a variety of dietary needs, offering gluten-free and vegetarian options that don’t compromise on taste or flavor. Whether you’re a meat lover or prefer plant-based meals, you’ll find plenty of choices that are both satisfying and delicious.

Cute, clean and good vibes. Great staff! It was also a pleasure to meet Jeany (one of the sisters/owners) and to be able to talk about our heritage and how much Korea has changed from when we lived there. Food was delicious and I love how the food is more traditional and authentic tasting compared to other Korean restaurants (if you know, you know). They have indoor and outdoor seating.

I had such a wonderful experience at Heart & Soul Café. From start to finish, the service was excellent. When I mentioned to my server that I love Korean food and kimchi, someone from the kitchen kindly came out and surprised me with a side of fresh kimchi—such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly welcomed. I also tried their cortado, and it was exceptional—smooth, perfectly balanced, and the aroma alone was enough to brighten the day. The café itself has a calm, comfortable atmosphere, and I especially enjoyed sitting outside to take in the cool, refreshing weather. For my meal, I ordered the Spice-A-Roni, which was absolutely delicious with bold, sublime flavors. My only small note would be to slice the vegetables a little thinner for easier bites. I also thought the dish came with a fried egg on top, but it turns out this particular one didn’t. Still, the staff went above and beyond by bringing me a fried egg on the side—an extra touch of hospitality that made the meal feel even more special. Overall, Heart & Soul Café combines outstanding service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere that makes you want to linger. I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place!!!! Been here with my boyfriend about 3-4 times already and the food is always amazing ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ ) While writing, i'm eating a grilled kimcheese sandwhich and trying their new "Hulk Smash" drink for the summer which consists of matcha, white monster and (i think) a lavender cold foam, its interesting and definitely a must-try!!! Atmosphere is super welcoming and cozy, they use cute animals to mark your orders that you take to the tables which are super cute and decorated! Overall, its a super cute place to visit and try, meals are fresh and super delicious!!

I absolutely loved stopping by here with my family. I’m so happy that downtown Roswell now has a Korean restaurant! The staff was so friendly and you could tell they all care about the food and the service. The Aegi sandwich was delicious and came out on a cute tray along with our coffee. My husband got the kimchi fried rice lunch special which he loved. The scones though, don’t skip the scones. So crumbly, buttery, tart, and perfect. The indoor dining area is spacious, calming, and thoughtfully decorated. I know I’ll be back again.

An amazing gem of a cafe with delicious food and drinks! Their kimchi grilled cheese w/ spam is the best grilled cheese I've had in all of metro Atlanta. The staff and atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I'm excited to visit again!

A True Hidden Gem! - Great drinks and food. The pasticcio latte was delicious and the breakfast bowl with spicy sausage and kimchi was a delight. Have now been here for lunch and the food was exceptional. The staff were kind and helpful I would say this is worth the drive from anywhere in metro Atlanta.

I’ve never written a review before but I fell in LOVE with Heart and Seoul!!! Owned by the two sweetest sisters, Julie and Jeany, they made us feel so welcomed. Heart and Seoul gives you a warm home-y feel right when you walk in, unlike any other cafe experience I’ve ever had. The food was amazing, everything is homemade with high quality ingredients. I ordered the Spicy hot pocket, Seoul sandi and the OG bibimbap. (The homemade kimchi is as good as it gets!) We also tried the blueberry scone, orange earl grey muffin, matcha raspberry muffin and gluten free double chocolate chunk brownie. The desserts were just perfect, I can’t want to go back and try everything else!! This is a must try. You will not regret it!

We are in Woodstock for business and trying to have a late lunch on our way back home and stumble upon this unique and cute cafe with such personality! We absolutely enjoyed the layout and decorations for this place as we walked in! The staff warmly welcome us, and seeing how they interact with other customers while we are studying the menu really impressed us with the family feel of this place. Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented, starting with the Spicy Tuna purple rice kimbap. I had the Bibimbap with bulgogi and purple rice while the hubby had the Dosirak with pork belly and purple rice! We really enjoyed this pit stop which turned into a beautiful get away meal for us! And we can't wait to try the fresh homemade bakery from them when we get home!
